THE BUSINESS

New Capital Finance is a non-bank provider of short term mortgage loans. All mortgage loans are used for “business and or investment purposes”. New Capital Finance will provide funding for both residential and commercial property.

New Capital finance has been in operation since 2000 and has entered into a strategic alliance with RMB Australia Holdings Ltd . RMB provides a substantial wholesale funding line to New Capital Finance . RMB is a wholly owned subsidiary of South African listed financial services group the FirstRand Group . The FirstRand Group is the largest listed Financial services group listed on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange. Up until 2005 RMB was a key stakeholder in the Bluestone Group .

New Capital Finance has access to a substantial funding pool provided by RMB , thus always being in a position to assist borrowers.


KEY STAFF

Richard Pyke-Nott – Managing Director
Prior to establishing NCF, Richard founded New World Finance (“NWF”) in South Africa. NWF was established in 1995 and by the time the Pyke-Nott’s had sold the business, it was generating a turnover of $60m and employed 120 fulltime staff and 100 casual staff. Upon the sale of NWF to a Aplitec Limited ( i.e. a JSE listed company), Richard and his family immigrated to Australia. Richard has a very active role in the selection and approving of - mortgage loans.


John Pyke-Nott – Operations Director
John was also involved in the South African business prior to setting up NCF in Australia. John has a very “hands on” role being very involved in the credit processes of NCF along with arrears management. John is tasked with the day-to-day management of NCF.


Emil Ackerman – Sales Director
In his role as a Sales Director for Financial Planning and Advisory services with First National Bank in South Africa, Emil has gained extensive experience in operations and distribution networks. Emil has a commerce degree and also a post graduate Diploma in Strategic Sales Management.
Emil in conjunction with RMB is responsible for the strategic direction of NCF.


Michael Brickell – Business Development Manager
Michael has been with NCF since inception and he has vast experience in setting up and facilitating finance proposals and solutions. Michael is a member of the MFAA and holds various accreditations with a number of Financial services providers.


Craig Snyman – Business Development Manager
Craig has been with NCF since inception. One of Craig’s major attributes is his willingness to assist and his passion towards customer satisfaction.
